I, Bhargava Rama Chilukuri, am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Earlier, I was a postdoctoral fellow in Civil Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. I graduated in December, 2015 with a Ph.D. in the areas of traffic flow theory and optimal control, under the supervision of Prof. Jorge Laval.
