Computational biology Modelling integrated networks

I am a PhD scholar working with Dr. Nirav P Bhatt to develop integrated models of biological networks. Objective of my project is to develop integrated network models enclosing metabolic-signaling-gene regulatory networks using omics and literature data.

Founded in August 2017, with a vision to become an internationally renowned centre for data science research, where long-standing fundamental research problems, cutting across disciplines, are targeted and solved.
